Group Omega X member Whichan has been sent to the prosecution on charges of sexually harassing his former agency's CEO.
According to the legal community and the Seoul Seongdong Police Station, Hwi-chan was sent to the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office on the 2nd on charges of sexual assault.
Earlier, Spire Entertainment (hereafter referred to as 'Spire'), Omega X's former agency, held a press conference in March and claimed, "Whichan was suffering before his enlistment when former CEO Kang Mo was comforting him. Suddenly, former CEO Kang forcibly sexually assaulted him." , has reported Hwi-chan to the police.
However, Omega X refutes Spire's claims, stating, "It was an act forced by former CEO Kang."
In the case of former CEO Kang, he was sent to the prosecution in October 2022 on charges of assaulting another member of Omega X, Jaehan.
