Group Omega X member Whichan has been sent to the prosecution on charges of sexually harassing his former agency's CEO.

According to the legal community and the Seoul Seongdong Police Station, Hwi-chan was sent to the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office on the 2nd on charges of sexual assault.

Earlier, Spire Entertainment (hereafter referred to as 'Spire'), Omega X's former agency, held a press conference in March and claimed, "Whichan was suffering before his enlistment when former CEO Kang Mo was comforting him.
