Sugar, Police Investigating for DUI Driving on Electric Scooter

BTS' Suga is under police investigation after falling over while riding an electric kickboard while drunk.

Seoul Yongsan Police Station announced on the 7th that they are investigating Suga on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving).

According to police, Suga was found the day before in Yongsan-gu, riding an electric kickboard while intoxicated, and had fallen over alone.

A nearby police officer went to help Sugar, who had fallen, but he smelled like alcohol and was transferred to a nearby police station.

Suga entered the Nonsan Training Center in South Chungcheong Province in March to receive basic military training, and is currently serving as a social service worker. Suga's discharge date is June 2025.
