So, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs hurriedly created standards for normal pork belly and pork belly.

It is recommended to remove all fat, leaving only 1cm or less of fat for regular pork belly and 1.5cm or less for pork belly. They said they did it.
