The individual who wrote malicious posts targeting Jisung was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won in the first trial. On the 19th, SM Entertainment announced the trial results via official social media regarding a case in which they sued the author who posted numerous articles and videos on X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube that slandered or insulted the artist. This ruling is significant in that it demonstrates that legal action against recurring malicious posts online is continuing.
