According to our investigation, Moon was indicted in June for sexually assaulting a drunk woman with two acquaintances. Moon was summoned for questioning on August 28, two months after the indictment. It is reported that none of the acquaintances who committed the crime together are famous.
Special quasi-rape is committed when a person possesses a weapon or two or more people commit sexual intercourse with a person who is mentally unstable or unable to resist. If the charge is confirmed, the person shall be sentenced to imprisonment for 7 years or more or life imprisonment according to Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Special Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.
SM Entertainment, the agency, released an official statement after Moon appeared at the police station, saying, “We have confirmed that Taeil has been indicted in a criminal case related to sexual assault.” They continued, “We recognized the seriousness of the matter and decided that he could no longer continue team activities. After discussing it with Taeil, we decided on his withdrawal from the team.”
Yes,,, fans have been wondering what crime it was, but it was a truly serious crime.
And then shamelessly participating in the activity... How shameless.
