NCT Taeil Special Rape Charges, Elements of Establishment, Level of Punishment (He also had a Girlfriend He Promised to Marry?)

NCT Taeil, a huge shock for special rape charges. A fan's revelation that he even had a girlfriend he promised to marry, fans' disappointment is bound to be great. What are the criteria for special rape and what will the level of punishment be?

I saw an article on the news that NCT's Taeil was accused of special rape, and I'm so shocked and disappointed. As a regular NCT fan, I feel really complicated when I hear this news.

It is said that in order for the special rape case that NCT's Taeil was accused of to be established, there must be three requirements .

1. Possession of a weapon or joint action by 2 or more persons

2. ‘Taking advantage’ of a state of mental or physical loss or inability to resist.

3. Penis insertion

The crime must have been committed by someone with a dangerous object, such as a weapon, or by two or more people working together. And the victim must have been drunk or unable to resist when committing the crime…
It's terrifying to even think about. If this charge is true, the punishment is said to be at least 7 years in prison or even life imprisonment. It's so absurd that I can't tell if this is idol news or crime news.

And what's even more shocking is the news that he had a girlfriend that he promised to marry. I think it's even more shocking because it was revealed by a fan who had given Taeil that much love and trust.

SM also didn't say anything when the incident first broke out, but eventually they just said he was leaving the team and hid all the specific details. I thought something was strange from then on, but it ended up being such a big incident. I'm worried that even our NCT members are needlessly getting hurt. Who would have thought that Taeil's image that he'd built up until now would crumble in an instant like this?

As a fan, it breaks my heart to write something like this, but I hope that he will now be properly punished by the law and show remorse. I just hope that this incident will end well and that our members will not be harmed.
