'NCT's Taeil, I was shocked to see the news about the police investigation into special rape charges
2024.10.08 17:49
I didn't know there was an issue like this.
It has been reported that Taeyil, who was expelled, is under police investigation on charges of special rape.
It is said that after being investigated by the Bangbae Police Station in Seoul, he was transferred to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office last month.
Special quasi-rape is committed when two or more people possess a weapon or have sexual intercourse with a partner who is mentally unstable or unable to resist. If the charge is confirmed, the offender is subject to imprisonment for 7 years or more or life imprisonment.
As a celebrity, this is such an irresponsible act.
He is accused of sexually assaulting a drunk woman along with two non-celebrities.
I think he deserves to be punished and punished for his crime.
