This is Ryo's favorite doll called Tonton! It was a doll that Ryo's father gave to his mother as a gift, and after Ryo was born, it was passed down to Ryo, so it's been with Ryo since the moment he was born.

The green ears of Tonton are very meaningful to Tonton because they were personally repaired by Ryo's father and older sister.
