New Jeans Labang content analyzed by a lawyer from Kim & Chang

1) If Hive accepts the request by the 25th

In this case, it is an admission that the company violated its most important obligation, which is to guarantee the term of office of the CEO, as stated in the shareholders' agreement, in a way that violates the law... and even ignores the court's decision.

If the request is accepted, paradoxically, it will also lead to the result of strengthening New Jeans' right to terminate the exclusive contract.

2) If you refuse

What Newzin clearly stated on the live is that the Min Hee-jin system is absolutely necessary for the interests and future of Adore and its core assets.

This has already been proven through the achievements of the past two years. Also, this issue is not about whether Min Hee-jin is good or bad, but rather a matter of their right to survive.

If the agency and parent company ignore this request from the artist, it is said to be both a breach of trust and a violation of the exclusive contract.

I was also interested, so I brought it to you as a fan!

I know Hive didn't expect the New Jeans members to act at the risk of their own sacrifice, but I also want to applaud the courage of our young members!
