New Jeans, 'Highest Honor' Grand Artist Award "Let's stick together until the end"

New Jeans won the 'Grand Artist' award, the highest honor at the '2024 KGMA'.

Newjins won the Grand Artist Award at the 1st Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) held at Inspire Arena in Unseo-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon on the 16th.

New Jeans received the Grand Artist Award and said, “It’s been two years since New Jeans debuted. I think I’ve learned a lot from meeting many people and experiencing many things during those two years. Today was another meaningful learning experience.”

He continued, "There were so many fun things that happened over the past two years, but there were also things that were difficult for us to handle and that we had to talk about among ourselves. However, I think that through those problems, we were able to come together more tightly and become a better team."

He continued, “Thanks to the Bernies who always cheer us on, I think we can always prepare for the stage with all our heart and immersion. I’m always grateful,” and “I’m grateful to the managers and staff who always help us out in small ways. I want to say thank you to our CEO who gives us the strength to stick together and keep going.”

He also emphasized, “I’m happy that I was able to have a great performance with the members and the Bernies today. I will come back with a new look and good music in the future, so please look forward to it.”
