Can't see New Jeans on the music charts, continuous crisis... Music Copyright Association "Efforts to eradicate tampering"

Rather than evading the issue with provocative and ambiguous answers, I hope he will clearly state the facts and put an end to the controversy."
In doing so, he urged, "New Jeans should guarantee faithful performance of the exclusive contract and negotiate with the agency through sincere dialogue, but if no agreement is reached, it should wait for the judiciary's decision."
He added, "The Circle Chart operated by this association will also consider excluding album and music source sales of agencies and related artists suspected of tampering from its compilation. We will also consider excluding them from the music broadcast programs and major domestic music award ceremonies for which Circle Chart provides data."
Currently, Circle Chart's sales data is being provided to eight ranking music programs, including KBS2's 'Music Bank', MBC's 'Music Core', SBS's 'Inkigayo', and Mnet's 'M Countdown', as well as music award ceremonies, such as the 'Circle Chart Music Awards', 'MAMA Awards', and 'Golden Disc Awards'. If New Jeans is excluded from the Circle Chart's tally due to suspicions of tampering, it will be difficult to meet them on music charts and award ceremonies.
On the 28th of last month, New Jeans held an emergency press conference regarding the termination of their exclusive contract with Adore and stated, "We will terminate our contract with Adore as of midnight on the 29th. Since the fault lies with Hive and Adore, there is no reason to sue, and there is no reason for us to pay a penalty." Adore has filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of their exclusive contract.
Currently, New Jeans is not using the name New Jeans after announcing the termination of their contract with Adore. If they disappear from the Circle Chart, New Jeans' crisis will only deepen.
