Singer and actor Park Ji-hoon will be taking on the lead role in the drama 'We Are the Zombies'.

An entertainment insider told JTBC Entertainment News on the 29th, "Park Ji-hoon will be starring in the drama 'We Are the Zombies', which is based on a webtoon." Regarding this, his agency was cautious, saying, "It's one of the upcoming projects we're reviewing, and nothing has been decided yet."

'We Are the Zombies', written by Lee Myeong-jae, has been serialized as a Naver webtoon since February 2021. It tells the story of a zombie outbreak at the mega shopping mall Seoul Tower, where the government blocks off zombies in the tower to suppress the situation, and the humans who were not rescued in the process coexist with the zombies. It is the work that won the grand prize in the first Earth's Greatest Contest in 2020.

Park Ji-hoon's split role is that of Kim In-jong, who lost all his friends due to the zombie outbreak and ended up living alone in Seoul Tower for a year. He wants to live an ordinary life without standing out, but he is known as a troublemaker due to his lack of tact. However, he is called the 'Clumsy Problem Solver' and has a strange ability to solve cases in some way without intending to, and he will create synergy with Park Ji-hoon.

It seems like it's been a while since I've heard news of Jihoon's activities><
