Mon–Thu: 10:30–20:00 (Sessions 1–9)

Fri–Sun: 10:30–20:30 (Session 1–10, operated in 1-hour increments)

 

EPIC SEOUL on the 5th floor is quite spacious, so I'm looking forward to it even more because the flow of movement inside seems much more relaxed and pleasant compared to previous pop-ups!

2. How to Succeed with the Ricene Pop-up Pre-reservation & Tips for Entry

Given its immense popularity, pre-registration is a must, not an option! You need to prepare in advance to avoid missing out.

3. Missed the advance reservation? On-site waiting methods and waiting locations

Even if you failed to make a reservation in advance, don't be too discouraged! You can also register for the on-site waiting list on the day.

Registration Start Time: Registration opens at 9:00 AM

 

On weekends or during popular sessions, the on-site waiting line can get long quickly. We recommend arriving early before opening to register in advance using the tablets at the connecting passageway on the 2nd basement level! (Those with advance reservations will be admitted first, followed by sequential entry.)

Usually, other places give you a random selection even if you spend a lot, so I'm worried about getting duplicates, but if I spend 350,000 won, I get a full set without any duplicates. A. Yes, it is possible! While those with advance reservations have priority, you can still enter by waiting on-site on the day. However, since wait times can be long on weekends or during peak hours, we recommend registering for the waiting list in advance at the connecting passage on the 2nd basement level starting at 9 AM.

 

Q2. Is there a daily purchase limit for merchandise?
A. Yes, that is correct. Purchases are allowed once per person after entry, and a maximum of two items per product and option can be purchased.

 

Q3. Is it possible to enter with a pre-reservation by picking up on behalf of someone else or using a screenshot of an ID?
A. It is not possible! To verify your identity, you must bring a physical ID or mobile ID along with your reservation details. (Entry will be restricted if a screenshot is submitted.)

 

Q4. Can I participate in the stamp event without purchasing any merchandise?
A. Yes! Upon entering the pop-up store, you can freely participate in the 5 types of stamp missions provided inside, regardless of whether you make a purchase, and receive a gift.
