Choi Min-ho to Return to Stage of Play That Was Cancelled Due to Lee Soon-jae's Departure

Choi Minho, a member of the group SHINee and an actor, will be appearing on stage in the play 'Waiting for Godot'.

According to industry sources on the 9th, Choi Min-ho has recently confirmed his appearance in 'Waiting for Godot', which is about to be re-run, and is about to begin his first practice.

The play 'Waiting for Godot' is a comedy play that pays homage to Samuel Beckett's absurdist play 'Waiting for Godot' and reinterprets it. It depicts the understudies Esther and Val, who endlessly wait in the dressing room to go on stage in place of the main characters. Choi Min-ho reprises the role of Val in this re-run, following the premiere last year.

Minho Choi's play this time is very meaningful. When it premiered last September, he worked with actor Soonjae Lee, who played the role of Esther, but when Soonjae Lee got off midway due to poor health, Minho Choi was also unable to finish the remaining performances. This re-performance is a stage to console the regret of not being able to finish the premiere, so it is said that Minho Choi is also preparing the stage with all his passion.
