I heard that Onew has released new music titled "Illusion." However, looking at the tracklist, I became even more curious because the album isn't composed of just one song. It is said that he has chosen "Illusion," "Mind Games," and "Tic Tac Toe" as all three title tracks. So, before picking just one representative song this time, I want to listen to each of the three songs side by side to see what kind of impression they each leave.

The combination of people involved in the project is particularly interesting. Onew is credited with both the lyrics and composition of the main track "Illusion," and it is said that he completed the song by communicating directly with international writers. Additionally, Yuju participated in "Mind Games," and Zico in "Tic Tac Toe." So, you can encounter the results of different collaborations within the same artist's new music. Also, if you listen knowing who participated, I think you will pay a little more attention to the way the voices connect and the atmosphere of the song.

It is also great to see this new release coming about seven months after 'TOUGH LOVE,' which was unveiled back in March. However, rather than just talking about how long the wait was, I want to focus on the choices Onew made this time. Above all, the very decision to feature all three songs as title tracks seems to be a reason to listen to each one separately. So, after listening to the whole thing at once, I plan to go back and listen to the songs I find myself reaching for most. Also, seeing if I grow to like the songs more as time goes by will likely be another fun part of this listening experience.
