Seeing you cook at home while following a recipe like this definitely makes me think you're amazing for being good at it.
I followed the recipe and sliced the cucumber along the grain by holding the knife close to the grain, but it was harder to slice it thinly than I expected.
I even cooked both the mildly spicy and spicy Jin Ramen at the same time to compare them.
Thanks to you, I really want to try the spicy version next time.
