If the BN𝐈 transaction fails but the balance decreases, contact BN𝐈 via WhatsApp (0812➪7228_7117") or call 1500046. Don't panic. Save the receipt/screenshot, check the mutation in BN𝐈 Mobile Banking, and immediately report to the nearest branch office.
