On the 27th, Billboard, an American music media outlet, announced on their website that they had selected TWS as the 'K-Pop Rookie of the Month' for January 2025, which is a very nationalistic news.
Billboard reported that they were the most popular K-pop group of the past year, noting that the tour's debut song "First Encounter Doesn't Go as Planned" ranked first on Melon's 2024 annual chart!
Tours took a different approach from the music that K-pop boy groups have been presenting in recent years. They are a group that emphasizes the emotional resonance of the music based on the future bass genre,” he said.
They swept the rookie awards in Korea and were even recognized by Billboard. This is truly a huge success!
