Hi, this is FanPlus team.

If you have a problem with watching ADs or using offer-walls, please check if the settings below are enabled.


1)Device settings -> FanPlus -> Allow Tracking

2)Device settings -> Privacy -> Tracking
-> Enable “Allow Apps to Request to Track” and “FanPlus” option

3)Device settings -> Privacy -> Apple Advertising
-> Enable “Personalized Ads” 



If you do not see the setting options above, please follow the next steps.

1)Delete FanPlus app and re-install it

2) Log in with your FanPlus account

3) Go to Vote > Click “Get free voting tickets” menu

4) If a pop-up message shows up, saying “Please allow tracking to see ADs”,
Click Setting > Enable “Allow Tracking”

5) Go back to FanPlus app and try to watch ADs again
