I believe that BTS's global success is largely due to the solid and wise leadership of their leader, RM. As the only member of the group to have been with Big Hit Entertainment since before their debut, RM has been a key figure in the group's development. His fluent English has enabled him to communicate with international fans and effectively convey BTS's message at important official events, such as speeches at the UN, serving as the group's "face."

Furthermore, his ability to listen to and coordinate the members' opinions and wisely resolve conflicts within the team demonstrates the virtues of a true leader. RM, who directly participates in writing and composing BTS's music, plays a key role in establishing the message and direction of BTS's music. He is not simply a leader who leads from the front; he is a leader who respects each member's individuality and capabilities and maximizes the synergy of the entire team. I am certain that the ship called BTS was able to navigate the rough waves and expand into the world thanks to the strong mast of RM.
