DAY6's Young K has brought out the story of Kang Young-hyun the human, rather than Young K the artist, through his second solo full-length album, 'YOUNGEST'.

Young K, who has represented the emotions of many by personally writing the lyrics for DAY6's numerous hit songs such as "Pretty" and "Can Be a Page," focused on his inner self for the first time in this album.

While he has sung 'our story' that everyone can relate to through DAY6, in his solo album 'YOUNGEST,' he has honestly captured his worries, wounds, and even his shortcomings.

Young K expressed through music the process of confronting the human emotions he had hidden behind the image of a perfect artist and accepting even his own imperfections.
