The Story of Son Ho-young's 20th Solo Anniversary Concert

손호영 솔로 20주년 콘서트 이야기Son Ho-young has concluded his solo concert HORIZON, commemorating the 20th anniversary of his solo debut. Held at the KBS Arena in Seoul on October 31 and November 1, the concert marked his first solo performance in approximately five years since "Hello? Son Ho-young" in 2021.

The first song was his solo debut song, "I Know." He then performed solo versions of god's "Stand Up" and "Observation," reportedly singing seven songs in a row from the start. Songs reminiscent of his solo activities, such as "Love Brings Separation," "Come Out, I'm in Front of Your House," and "Crying," were also taken on stage.

The first live performance of "Go Around," released last October, was also unveiled at this concert. It is a song that Son Ho-young personally participated in writing the lyrics for, and it is said to contain a message of comfort within its refreshing sound. The arrangement of placing his first solo release and the new song together in one concert stands out.

There was also a time when he played the guitar and performed pop songs as well as his own. It is said that all 23 songs sung at the concert were performed live by a band. Son Ho-young expressed his gratitude to the fans and left a message asking them to be together for the next 30th and 40th anniversaries as well.

After the concert, a fan signing event to celebrate the release of the new song is scheduled to take place from November 6 to 8. With opportunities to meet fans up close prepared in addition to the stage performance, the 20th anniversary celebrations will be even more enriching.
