Kepler, 7-member reorganization.. Kang Ye-seo, Mashiro, etc. contract extension [Comprehensive]
2024.05.16 17:20
Girl group Kep1er will be the first project group to extend their contract.
According to an exclusive report by Star News on the 16th, it was confirmed that Kepler (Choi Yu-jin, Xiaoting, Mashiro, Kim Chae-hyun, Kim Da-yeon, Hikaru, Huening Bahie, Seo Young-eun, Kang Ye-seo) will be reorganizing from the original 9-member system to a 7-member system excluding Kang Ye-seo and Mashiro.
Kang Ye-seo and Mashiro will return to their original agency, 143 Entertainment (hereafter referred to as 143 Entertainment). Their future plans have already been decided. They will join the 3-member girl group LIMELIGHT, which officially debuted under 143 Entertainment in February of last year. Currently, LIMELIGHT and boy group iKON are under 143 Entertainment.
.
.
However, as the fans' wishes for Kepler's continued activities continued, as well as negotiations between several agencies to prevent Kepler's disbandment, it was ultimately decided to reorganize the team with seven members, excluding two members.
