The party involved appeared, and SM eventually issued an apology
SM Entertainment, the agency of NCT's Renjun, has issued an apology after he caused controversy by publicly 'stuffing' a regular person's phone number by mistaking it for a sasaeng fan.
SM Entertainment stated on the 21st, "There was an incident where Renjun thought unknown contacts he received were 'sasaengs' and exposed them on a fan communication platform." They added, "We sincerely apologize to anyone who was harmed by revealing contact information on an open platform."
It is said that it is quite common to accidentally dial the wrong phone number. The image above is an anecdote about actor Kim Woo-bin.
