“More than a simple mental victory”… The reason why I am passionate about ‘original thinking’

Primitive thinking is different from simply positive thinking. Rather than forcing positivity, ‘spiritual thinking’ is recognizing the situation clearly and then accepting the negative aspects as a process or cause leading to a positive outcome.
Regarding 'Wonyoung's thinking' in the past, Jang Wonyoung said, "It is not a 'mental victory' that interprets things that are not true to one's advantage," and "Wonyoung's thinking is meaningful in reaching true victory beyond mental victory."
The effects of this ‘original thinking’ can be explained scientifically. Positive people can easily overcome negative emotions by having the anterior prefrontal cortex of the brain, which controls the opposite sex, activated and exchanging signals with the amygdala and insula, which are responsible for emotional regulation.
It's not just a mental victory
They say it also has a positive effect on the brain❗️
Optimism and health & longevity
They say there is a deep connection haha.
