RISE won the Muse of the Year Grand Prize at the 2026 TMA.

RISE won the Grand Prize at the 2026 The Fact Music Awards held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on September 19. The award was Muse of the Year, and they also received the Artist of the Year award.

The Muse of the Year is said to be an award given to an artist who inspires and moves the hearts of fans around the world with their own unique music and message. It is determined by reflecting 60 percent from albums and digital music sales, and 20 percent each from popularity and judging scores.

The members said that it was one of the awards ceremonies they had been looking forward to as a team, and they were deeply moved to receive the Grand Prize. They also reportedly asked fans to look forward to more stories that remain untold during the journey of RISE.

It is said that he greeted the audience in the Busan dialect, saying "I love you" and that he wouldn't have even received an award without the fans. He also said that he wouldn't stop here but would run even harder, and left a message asking them to be with him for the 4th, 5th, and 10th anniversaries as well. I heard that he shouted "TMA is killer" at the end, so I imagine the atmosphere at the venue must have been really great.

This year, RISE released their second mini-album II in June and promoted with "Do Your Dance." In August, they released their third Japanese single, "Sunburst," and it is said that they received Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan on September 10th.

I heard that a new digital single is scheduled to be released on October 26th, so I hope they continue their next activities well with the momentum from winning the Grand Prize.
