SHINee's Minho hasn't had a cold in 5 years.

SHINee's Minho revealed his unique health management method.

SHINee's Minho appeared as a guest on the web entertainment show 'Salon Drip' on YouTube channel 'TEO', which was released on the 2nd, and revealed his secret to maintaining his immunity along with his recent activities.

On this day, Jang Do-yeon asked, "Do you often get sick?" and Min-ho surprised everyone by answering, "I don't remember ever catching a cold. Seriously, not even once in the last five years."

When Jang Do-yeon asked, "You know what cold symptoms are, right? Chills, fever, etc.", Min-ho explained, "When I feel even the slightest hint of those symptoms, I move more to get rid of them." He continued, "I believe that if I rest, the virus grows inside my body and makes me sick. To get rid of that friend (virus), I have to move more."

I'm watching the Salon Drip episode of Minho and I'm a bit shocked because I think he's the type of person who doesn't catch colds.

I'll keep that in mind this winter and try to follow the exercise routine to get rid of it by moving my body more.
