Minho introduces a tiny capsule gym in Singapore!!

I thought there wouldn't be much equipment since it was a very small capsule luggage.
It's amazing that even though it's small, it has everything you need!
10,200 won for 30 minutes ~ You can exercise using the equipment for an hour by making a reservation.
Since the time is limited, I feel pressured to exercise, so it feels like I'm on a mission.
I liked how Minho kept giving me lots of useful tips while I was working out~~
They say that you have to learn health because you might get injured.

Every single comment entered my ears
I really wanted to learn from Minhoㅜㅜ
I heard that I could apply for a coaching position here and get a PT.
It's funny and exciting that you're signing up as a coach~ㅎㅎㅎ If that happens, the competition rate for visual trainers will be really high, right?ㅋㅋㅋ
Minho, a cheerful athlete, said that even an hour is too short and that he should make a reservation for an hour and a half!
Thanks to Minho, I had fun seeing a unique gym.
If not Minho, who else can introduce this kind of content~~~!!!
