Song Joong-ki is still handsome.

I'm looking at still cuts of Song Joong-ki, who will be appearing in the new drama My Youth, which starts in September.

You're still handsome~~

I know him as the lead actor with Chun Woo-hee.

I'm even more excited because it's a meeting between two talented actors...

Moreover, the script was written by Park Si-hyeon, the writer of the drama Run On.

Just looking at the poster makes me excited ㅋ ^^

Song Joong-ki, his "Flower Boy" beauty still intact... Full of excitement (My Youth)

Song Joong-ki from 'My Youth' still shows off his exciting visuals and aura.

JTBC's new Friday series 'My Youth' (written by Park Si-hyun, directed by Lee Sang-yeop and Go Hye-jin, provided by SLL, produced by Hi-Zium Studio), which will be aired for the first time on September 5th (Friday), released a character still of 'Seon Woo-hae' (played by Song Joong-ki) who recalls memories of his first love on the 12th.

"My Youth" is a sentimental romance between Seon Woo-hae, who began her ordinary life later than most, and Sung Je-yeon (played by Chun Woo-hee), who must unexpectedly shatter the peace of her first love. Through a reunion with her first love, who gifted her with a dazzling moment in a dark and shady place, she journeys to rediscover a forgotten piece of herself, delivering heartwarming humor and heartwarming emotions. Director Lee Sang-yeob, beloved for his delicate directing with a unique depth of emotion in works like the "Yumi's Cells" series and "Familiar Wife," has joined forces with writer Park Si-hyun, who showcased her sensuous writing skills with "Run On."

In the recently released photos, Sunwoo Hae, surrounded by flowers, captures attention. A former child star and florist whose prime burned out prematurely, Sunwoo Hae began his life as an ordinary person later than most.

Seonwoo Hae's serene smile in the photo further intrigues his life story, built firmly on wounds. The arrival of his nineteen-year-old first love, Seong Je-yeon, brings unexpected and tumultuous changes. It also piques curiosity as to why Seonwoo Hae, also a novelist, hides his name and lives in secrecy.

Song Joong-ki said about why he chose "My Youth," "I felt a warm feeling the moment I read the script for 'My Youth.' I liked the warm melodrama and the human touch of the story, which I hadn't seen in a long time. Unlike my previous characters with strong fantasy elements, the character of 'Sun Woo-hae', who is grounded in reality, deeply resonated with me."

JTBC's new Friday series "My Youth" will premiere on Friday, September 5th at 8:50 PM, with two consecutive episodes airing every Friday. It will be available for re-runs on Coupang Play in Korea, Viu (Viu), Asia's largest pan-regional OTT platform, in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and Rakuten Viki (Rakuten Viki), a global OTT platform specializing in Asian entertainment, in the Americas, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and India.
