This album is said to capture the anxiety of youth facing the weight of reality and their yearning for change. "Angel Bite" was introduced as a song that blends an upbeat track reminiscent of video game sounds with a poignant melody. The previously released image features the song title along with a yellow face that appears to be shedding tears. The contrast between the bright expression and the dark tear marks is striking.
The first track, "I Need Something Different from Before," is said to tell a story of trying to escape a stifling reality based on restrained drums and synthesizers. Guitar and electronic sounds are added to "Higher Love," and Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai participated in writing the lyrics for the final track, "Hate It or Love It."
The members will also hold the first performance of their fifth world tour in Seoul from November 13 to 15. The new album is scheduled to be released the following day, the 16th, at 6 p.m., so it will be a week where concerts and a new release follow one another.
