Hobi is a boy who loves to make everyone laugh, no matter their age; he loves to spread his joy. One day, he went to the hospital, as he did every two days, and visited a boy, but the boy didn't want anything to do with him and kicked him out of the room. The boy was cultured, so it would have been impossible for Hobi to make him laugh.
