Da-hae, who worked at an aquarium, is forced to change jobs after an accident. On her way home from work, she is drawn to a glowing blue stone, and as she approaches it, she gets into a car accident. She wakes up underwater, in the Dragon Palace. The sea is unfamiliar yet somehow familiar. There, the Dragon King Ye-jun awaits Da-hae.
