A relationship that I thought would last a lifetime ended up being one that I had to let go of.
Humans meet many people throughout their lives. Most are brief relationships, some are meant to be broken, and a few are meant to last a lifetime. Most short relationships don't leave much of a scar or regret. However, those that do leave evoke two emotions. First, there's the feeling of regret and a desire to part ways, yet inevitably, each person goes their separate ways, leaving you longing for them. Second, there's the feeling of being hurt by someone or both, and growing from that experience. Lifelong relationships are, as the name suggests, ones that last a lifetime. For example, parents, a future fiancé, or a close friend.
Of the three relationships, I thought Jeon Jungkook would be my lifelong one, but it seems that wasn't the case for him. He was the one who left a scar on me. What was I to Jeon Jungkook? What was he thinking when I was contemplating marriage? As I walked along, lost in thought, I saw a female student.
At first, I was just trying to think of something else, without thinking about anything else. But then I saw a student walking down the street, and I approached him. But as I approached, someone else started calling out what I assumed was the student's name.
It was then that the student ran into the road. The car in front of me, perhaps flustered by the sudden appearance, couldn't slow down in time, and I used my small body to protect the student.

But because of that, I was slowly dying on the cold cement.A voice began to be heard, presumably from the person who had called the student's name earlier.
''I've never made a single mistake while working...''
After those words, I heard nothing. My mind was in disarray, that was all. The student in my arms had already collapsed, and when I looked around for the last time, white snow was falling from the sky, one by one.
