To do this, you need to go to the "fanfics" section and vote for those fics*. You also need to comment a minimum of three times (once per chapter). The votes won't be given to you directly; you have to go to your inbox, which is located on the homepage, below the "friend requests," and you'll receive an email with the 100 votes.

*I have a fanfic that I specifically created so you can comment on it, it's called 'votes 4 Yoongi'
