Okay, this one's easy too. Just go to "Vote," then "Item Shop," and see how many votes you can buy (I think you've already noticed that the account in the picture isn't the one I'm using now). On the account I used, "MoaSalomon27," I can't buy votes (that's why you see a padlock) because that account isn't verified. Only on this one, "MoaSalomon24," can I spend my coins and have more than 3 friends (the limit if you don't verify your account), specifically 50.
