Well, I can't explain it well, so I took screenshots and translated what I understood. When you open the app, at the bottom you'll see icons like Post, Fanfic, Vote, etc. Go to the one that says Vote and tap the pink number 1 in the image :)
I think the other "chapters" I upload will be explained more clearly by me, so I apologize if it's not clear :c
