Okay, this one's easy. Go to the section that says "fanfic" and choose one (I chose the one I underlined because it has several chapters). Then go to any chapter and comment whatever you want (I think it has to be at least 10 words). Then do it two more times (3 comments in total). After that, a small ad should appear at the bottom (I couldn't take a screenshot). Then go to Mail Box and then to Admin Mail and collect your votes :3
