We're Yoongi

I'm quite excited today, because today is the day I'm going to meet Yoori face to face. Well of course, we met before but that doesn't count because it's for work purpose and at that time we still haven't recognize  each other. I can imagine, myself being awkward to our meeting, because it has been so long. Last night, there are so many questions on my mind. I was thinking of what should I do first, how am I supposed to greet her, how do I start our conversation, what should I say. I can't sit still, so I went to Namjoon's studio, coincidentally Hobi is also there. 

🐨 Okay. What's going on this time? 

🐿 Hyung, can you look into the mirror for a moment? Namjoon had this big, full body mirror in his studio. Look at your face. 

🐱 (Look into the mirror) Why? What's wrong with my face? I think I'm good. 

🐿 Are you nervous hyung?

🐱 I'm excited actually. 

🐨 But your face and your body language say different. 

🐱 Okay, you got me. Guys, I don't know what to do. What should I say, how do I start, wha-"

🐿 Stop. Hyung, calm down...relax...God hyung, it's only Yoori-ssi and she's your best friend. Why are you so nervous? 

🐱 I don't know. Maybe because I haven't seen and talked to her for so long, that's why I'm nervous. 

🐨 Just relax hyung. Just do whatever you want to do, I mean just be yourself. 

🐱 Okay... Okay, I will. Joon, can I just hangout with you guys, while waiting for Yoori to come? I don't want to do anything, I just can't concentrate. 

🐨 Sure, help yourself. You can lie-down on the couch if you want. 

🐱 Thank you. 

🐿 I'll go get drinks for us. Iced Americano for both of you? 

🐨 Yes, thank you Hoba. 

🐱 Namjoon ah..I'm sorry. I keep coming to you. I hope I don't disturb you. 

🐨 Hyung, you can come whenever you want and you didn't disturb anything. Hoba need a little help with the english lyric for his new songs. Now, please just calm down. Don't worry, in case if you can't talk anything later, we will help you. 

🐱 Thank you Joon. I think, I need to rest for a while. You can continue with what you're doing. 

I lie-down on Namjoon's couch. I close my eyes, trying to relax. But my mind was just everywhere. What is wrong with me? 

🐿 Hyung, are you sleeping? Here's your drink. 

🐱 Thank you, Hoba.

🐨 Hyung, I have a few books that you can read while waiting, here it is...you can choose one. 

Great...I become Namjoon already. He loves books so much, but sometimes his book is just too much for me to read. I choose book with the title "ALMOND". Based on the synopsis, the storyline was amazing. I started to read, pages by pages. I was so focused with the book that I jumped a little when my phone rang. It's Yoori... What is the time now? Oh my, it's lunch time already. 

"Hello"

"Yoongi, hi... I'm on my way to your agency. I'll be there in about 15 minutes."

"Okay Yoori. I'll be waiting at the reception area with Sejin hyung."

🐨 Is that Yoori-ssi? She's on her way here?

🐱 Yes, its her. Namjoon ah, I'm going down in a few minutes. Can you please help me gather everyone at the meeting room? The pantry is too small for all of us. I will order food for us later. 

🐨 I will. 

I went to the washroom and freshen up. I check on my attire, my appearance and satisfied with it. Then, I went out from the washroom and call Sejin hyung. 

🐱 Hyung, Yoori is on her way. We can go down to the reception now and wait for her there.

👨‍🏫 Okay, I'm on my way. 

Sejin hyung and I is waiting for Yoori at the reception. A few minutes later, a taxi stop in front of the entrance and I can see Yoori with a few plastic bag in her hand coming out from the taxi. I rushed to her. 

"Yoori, you're here. Can I give you a hand? What's all this?"

"Yoongi hi...Oh yes sure. I bought some take away for us. It's just a simple food."

"You shouldn't have... I am planning to order foods later but thank you so much for bringing this. Well, let's go, the members is waiting. Sejin hyung, can you help me with this?"

"Hello, Sejin-ssi. It's nice to meet you again."

"Yoori-ssi... Nice to meet you too."

"After you hyung."

When we reach our office area, we went straight to the meeting room and all the members are already there. 

"Yoori come in. Before we eat, because you brought some food here, let me introduce you to our members, though you already know them as BTS, I will introduce them in casual way. Can you come closer to me, please? Thank you. Before that, say hi guys."

🐱 Okay, I start with our eldest members. Though, he's the eldest, but he's still young at heart. Our beloved hyung Kim Seokjin, our clown in BTS, always pick a fight with our maknae. 

🐹 Yoongi.... Hi Yoori-ssi. I'm Jin, nice to meet you. 

🐱 Next is, our energizer in the group, our choreography leader, Jung Hoseok. 

🐿 Hello. We meet again Yoori-ssi. Just call me Hobi. 

🐱 This is our hardworking leader, brain of the group and also our english teacher Kim Namjoon. 

🐨 Hi Yoori-ssi. I'm happy Yoongi hyung finally found you and both of you could get in touch again. 

🐱 Okay, this cute and sexy man here, who has the same height as me is Park Jimin. 

🐥 Hello Yoori-ssi. Lovely to meet you. Can I call you Noona? I know this is our first actual meeting but Yoongi is our hyung, so I thought of calling you Noona. 

🐱 Jimin.. 

"Yoongi, it's okay. Of course Jimin-ssi, you can call me Noona. In fact, V-ssi and Jungkook-ssi can call me Noona. Oh RM-ssi and Jhope-ssi too."

🐥 Yesss!!!! Thank you Noona. Can we just not being formal here? I mean, we using honorific already. But, of course, it's up to you Noona, you can call us whichever you feel comfortable with. But, I want you to call me Jimin. 

"Okay, I will."

🐱 As we expected from Park Jimin. Now, this tall and handsome man here, with the figure of a model is Kim Taehyung. 

🐯 You exaggerate it hyung, I'm just an ordinary person. Hello Noona, nice to meet you. 

🐱 Lastly, our golden maknae. Who can do anything, and he loves working out, he's our baby brother, Jeon Jungkook. 

🐰 Hyung, why do you have to say all of that? We meet again Noona, I love to do a duet with you someday. 

"Yes, we should Jungkook. I love that idea. 

🐱 Oh I almost forgot. This hardworking and kind man here is our lovely manager Sejin hyung. He's been here with us since forever.

"I'm so happy to be here today. Never in my dream that I will meet Yoongi again after so long. I thought he was still in the US. The fact that he's the member of one of the biggest idol group in Korea, makes me so proud. I never thought that, he would choose to be an idol. I knew he is really good in music since we were still in Primary school, but he is just so shy being around with so many people. But look at him now and look at all of you. You guys are talented. I'm so sorry Yoongi, I didn't look for you back then, but it's hard because I don't have any information about you since your last address. 

🐱 I'm sorry too. It's my fault, I lost your address when we moved to another town. I should have look for you, when I returned to Korea, but I don't know how. But, I'm really glad, we finally meet. And I didn't know, you could sing very well. I don't think, I ever heard you sing back then. 

"Its was just what I love to do. That's how I deal with my stress. I love music and I love singing but writing is still my ultimate passion. Actually, I'm not that good at singing."

🐯 Look who's talking? Noona, what do you mean you're not good at singing, you have a beautiful voice. We can go to Noraebang one fine day, all of us. 

"Definitely.

🐹 We can make a song together... BTS feat. Lee Yoori. Yoongi, what do you think? 

" No... No, definitely no... Never."

🐱 I'll think about it. Just prepare yourself Yoori. Why don't we have our lunch first. Yoori brought some burgers, sandwiches, fries and some drinks for us, I asked Sejin hyung to order Jajangmyeon too, it will be here in a few minutes, so help yourself. Wait, before that... Yoori, can I get a hug? I missed you so much, I couldn't hug you at the reception just now, the staff will be glaring at me. 

"Oh Yoongi. I miss you too. Come here, let me give you a big hug."

🐥 So sweet. Can I get a hug too? 

🐯 Me too.

🐱 This rascals...just hug me then. 

🐥 Not you hyung, I want Noona. 

"Jimin, you're cute. Let's hug all together."

🐱 Why do I have them as my donsaeng? For God sake, this is your first time meeting Yoori. 

"Yoongi, sssshhhh....I'm okay with it. Since I'm the only child, I don't mind them being my donsaeng. Imagine having BTS maknae line as your donsaeng, everyone will be envious of my life."

🐯 You're the best, Noona. 

🐱 Oh my... Okay, that's enough. Let's dig in. 

"The best thing happen to me today is meeting all of you, especially you Min Yoongi. You better keep in touch after this, I am not going to forgive you if you go MIA ever again..."

"My pleasure, Jin-ssi, Hobi-ssi. I'm so glad you liked it. A very first huge project of mine and it got a lot of attention and the response was overwhelming. I'm so happy."

Finally I met my best friend. A friend that I've always misses dearly. We maybe physically apart all through the year when we were far away from each other but she's always in my heart. The memories that we had together since we were still in Primary and in Highschool will always remain in our hearts. And now, it's a beginning of a new journey for us. Let's always be there for each other, Yoori.
