This conjunctive is used to connect sentences and is used in 2 ways:
1. Contrasting 2 sentences
2. Explaining/ providing information
It can be translated as but, so, or since.
STRUCTURE:
•Add ㄴ데 for adjectives/copula with vowel ending
EXAMPLES:
싸다 (cheap) - 싼데
이다 (to be) - 인데
아니다 (to be not) - 아닌데
•Add 은데 for adjectives with consonant ending
EXAMPLES:
좋다 (good) - 좋은데
춥다 (cold) - 추운데 **read 'yo' conjugation**
•Add 는데 for all verb stems, regardless of its ending
EXAMPLES:
공부하다 (to study) - 공부하는데
읽다 (to read) - 읽는데
