-hides in the daylight, only moves around the house while you're asleep
-sometimes he would "borrow" a dvd of your and watch it before you wake up, he likes your taste in movies
-except that he fell asleep once and you woke up to find a guy asleep on your couch with popcorns on the coffee table

-he was always sad and hurt when people moved out of that house because of him
-Ok, maybe revealing myself at 4 AM at their bed side wasn't a great idea, but I made brownies from them. Brownies, how can you leave when I made brownies?
-so, when he hears you are moving in, he prepares a bunch of cookies but hides himself to check your reaction first
-I mean, his cookies are great, so you can't help but love them, and your smile is what convinces him to jump out of the wall
-living with him is nice, you get healthy snacks and a random dude hanging from the ceiling. Nice.

-funny enough, for the first days neither of you knew about the other. Well, he doesn't really care about what objects are in the house and you don't notice stuff moving around because you spend most of the time out
-until one day you get back home earlier than usual and hear an angelic voice singing. Alright, you are scared because someone is in your house, but that voice...
-you think that maybe you're just imagining things, but as you walk in the living room you find a ghost singing his heart out
-your first reaction is to call the police, but that's clearly not a human and you want to enjoy his voice a bit longer, I mean, who wouldn't? But he notices you and screams
-Oh gosh, did you have to scare me like that? What are you doing in this house, don't you know it's haunted? Wait, were you listening the whole time?

-often plays around with whoever is the victim that decides to move in, so they move away and he can enjoy the house for himself
-that's the plan for you, too: he started with just stuff moving around, but you didn't get scared so he started slamming doors, but no reaction from you
-in the end, he gives up and directly asks you why you don't get scared and move away
-wait, so you're telling me you could see me this whole time? I WASN'T INVISIBLE?
-signs a deal with you and lets you live with him. But he gets to prank you when he feels like doing so (and always remembers to check if he's visible or not)
