The Problem We Face

Like I said in the previous 'episode', we aren't on the same page. Let me drill that in for you. We are unorganized, we don't know what our goals are, we do not listen to each other. We don't believe each other as much as we should.

It's not only we don't believe each other, we put too much emphasis on what the other fandoms are planning and not enough on how the other fandoms are planning. Skz is no longer a rookie group, we are no longer a new fandom. It's about time we learn how to actually work together to help them win as many votes, awards, etc as we can. I know it's going to be difficult in the beginning, but we have done it in the past! That should show you that we are a fandom that can achieve great results and that we can rely on each other.

These votes are not individual battles. If that was the case, I would not be writing this. If that was the case, we would not be posting on the board telling others to add us, or setting goals for the fandom, or attempting to start discussions with each other on how to improve. That's why it's so important that we stick to our plan and do what we set out to do in the beginning of each voting period. If we don't do that, it would really be a shame because, looking in the past, we were capable to do well in these.

TLDR; we gotta get our act together and try instead of giving up
