2) To get votes, what you have to do with fanfics is:
a- Give it 5 stars
b- You have to comment something that has at least 5 words, e.g.: If you don't vote for Chan, my socks will get dirty :(
c- Notice that when you enter the fanfic, it has to say something like "[complete]" somewhere. That means it's complete. If you do steps a and b but the fanfic doesn't say "complete," you won't get any votes :).
