This window will open and you just have to click "Confirm" to get the points.  It only remains to wait for the points to be charged to your FanPlus account.
In my case I don't have my cell phone configured to translate automatically for me, so it appears like this, you just have to click on the blue button that I indicated in the image below⬇️
