How to verify a phone number?

I've read that many people find this difficult, so here goes:

First of all, go to the section where you submit your daily votes and click onVERIFY:

It will ask you to enter your number, and when you do, wait for the code they send you:

You enter the code and"trank in, next" :

If they don't do this, they will only be able to add 3 friends instead of 50, quite a difference.
