I'm not sure, but I think you've been blocked. This happens when you unfollow the page.
The steps tab is going to close because it's going to shut down.
If you press a box in the first steps, the page where you have to complete the mission will open, but it remains active on your mobile phone.
For example, I see a set of boxes in the inner right corner showing the number of open tabs.
There are the two pages. You just need to go back to the one with the steps. Or, if not, in the same mission list you can accept again and return to where you left off.
Another thing: the permits.
It's not a problem! It's not like you have any very important information; besides, all servers record your information. Every page you visit will be saved in a huge amount of memory.
The difference here is that Koreans have a much stricter policy; they actually warn you.

I do have a question, though: why does it stop at the first section? The first section is an introduction; the rest of the things to do are further on >:v
