Let's interpret the cover
Infants are terrifyingly beautiful deities, yet they approach others with a familiarity, captivating them with their beauty and ultimately leading them to ruin and sinking them to the bottom. Therefore, those who view infants from a perspective like their own often tell themselves, or others who view them, that they should be wary of infants.
Here's the cover setting!! Actually, I just rationalized it myself to fit it in because I felt like the cover had little to do with the theme. At first, I even tried to make the title "Oh My God" by referencing the children's "Oh My God", but if I included the word "beware," it felt too forced. So I changed the title to "Watch Out," which means to beware.
