이 작품의 주인공인 여주는 어렸을 때 부터 몸이 약해 학교나 집에있는 날보다 병원에 누워있는 날이 더 많았습니다.어느때와 같이 병원에서 tv를 보고있던 여주는 tv에 나오는 자신과 동명이인 걸그룹 러브드뎀의 여주를 보게 되죠.부럽다 라고 생각하던 순간 여주 앞에 의문의 남성이 나타나게 되죠.그 남성은 여주를 러브드뎀의 여주로 바꿔줍니다.그렇게 여주는 러브드뎀의 여주로 살아가게 되는 이야기를 담아낸 작품입니다.
