The World of the Polar Night The vampire world's social hierarchy is: King → Royalty → Nobles → Commoners. Vampires have a monarchy, while the human world is the same as the modern era. The level of development is similar. Vampires have superior physical abilities to humans. Intelligence is similar. Vampires have a smaller population. In the past, the vampire and human worlds interacted actively.

The human world provides a certain amount of human blood (criminal blood) to the vampire world. In return, the vampire world provides abundant minerals (gems, resources). However, as the human world developed and criminals' human rights were questioned, the blood supply was cut off, and only a small amount of donated blood was sent to the vampire world.

Vampires can use superpowers, but they can only do so by drinking human blood. That's why only royalty and nobles with special abilities drink human blood. The reason is that all royals have the same superpowers, but this is a spoiler.
