I picked my keys from my pocket and handed them over to him. He fixed them in the door lock and the door swung open

"Be careful, don't wake them up." I whispered as we made our way across the room.

The lights immediately turned on exposing Dami sitting on the couch cross legged. Her expression fell before morphing into one of shock.

It finally dawned on me that our situation could be misread as well, something else.
