"Don't apologize, you'll just make me feel more bad." I sighed as I massaged my temples.

Where's he?

Minho

I think he's in the meeting room.

"Thanks." I said before speeding through the halls, ignoring the murmurs from those passing by.

I burst through the wooden double doors in time to see Chan seated in a meeting with our pd nim

"It isn't real. There's a misunderstanding." I staggered as I tried to catch my breath and make my way towards them.

Ah, y/n you're here. Have a seat.

I slid into the seat with a heavy sigh and clasped my fingers tight, something I normally do when I'm nervous.

Bangchan

Why are you here and how- how's your ankle?

"Dang it, I forgot about that." I muttered before plastering a fake smile on my face and turning to him.

"It's okay, don't worry." I assured him. I definitely have to check that when I get to the dorm.

My whole body stilled when I heard my name. Should I turn around and talk to him? Maybe he had something important to say.

Well, I didn't walk fast enough before I felt someone grab my hands and spin me around. I crashed into his hard chest and stared into his

"Leave my hand." I said as I came to my senses and realised my cheeks were heating up.

The corner of his lips lifted up as a teasing smirk made its way unto his face. He didn't move or budge and neither did I.

But you grabbed my hands yesterday. I'm just doing the same.

"T-that was different." I stuttered.

Bangchan

I called you. Why did you walk away?

"Because.." I yanked my hand from his grip and and dusted the imaginary dirt off my clothes once I had full control of my senses.

"We're not supposed to be seen together, remember?" I gestured towards the door of the meeting room.

"I'll take my leave now." I interrupted him, raising a patronising hand before he said something and changed my mind.

I darted across the corridor in case he decided to pull a stunt like earlier, settling with not looking back.

And what did he say?

"That we shouldn't be seen together." I said before stuffing my mouth with a salad. It definitely wasn't what I was going for

"I barely knew him anyway." I tried to act it off coolly.

She pushed a button and a farmiliar melody began playing, I recognised it immediately.

I placed on my headphones and took a deep breath before stepping up to the mic.

I gripped it tighter as I began to sing.
